It is hard to believe that Logan was born 8 years ago. I can't imagine life without him. Eight is a big deal and we did our best to make it a special day for him.

Addysen was almost as excited for Logan's birthday as he was. What a great sister.
We broke out the birthday plate and Logan was king for the day.
I was able to get off of work early and I surprised him when we met up for lunch at The Navy Club.
I love getting hugs after work.

Sadie bug psycho baby is going through a phase where she refuses to wear shoes so she gets carried everywhere.
We love The Navy Club. The food is awesome and there is always tons of cool things to look at while you are eating. We even caught part of a REAL Salt Lake soccer match.
The kids shared some chicken strips and nachos, I had the usual... chipotle ranch bacon burger... it is so good!
We will miss this place when we leave... or when it gets closed down (whichever comes first...).
Back home, Logan opened up his presents from us. He was super excited to get a Mentos/Coke science kit. This is going to be a blast... literally.
Amber got to work finishing up her "8" cake. It was tasty.
Logan's party was a lot of fun. We made survival bracelets.
The kids ate a ton of pizza and cake.
It was fun to have so many friends over at once.
Logan sure loved his cake.

Well Logan, Happy Birthday! We love you buddy and are glad you are in our family. Only a couple days and you will start 3rd grade. You sure are growing up fast. Up next.... Baptism.
