We had a fun time with friends from church at the museum. Always a lot of work to get out the door but always worth it.
Logan liked the museum but also commented on how it wasn't as good as the one we went with Grandma and Grandpa to in Utah.

I love all the green. Being here made me a bit melancholy for those friends who were here last year with us but have now moved away. Thinking of you all!

Dear Spencer, Amber, Logan, Addy and Sadie-
We love your photos. You are all so cute. We are so happy to be your grandparents. We are super-excited to go to the dinosaur museam when you get here. Grandma wants to play in the jurassic mud and sand with you Logan, and we'll show Addy how it's done !!!
Logan- I'll bet you're happy ot be done with Kindergarten and moving on to 1st grade. My favorite day of the whole year (when I was in school) was the 1st day of summer (Grandpa feels the same way). You could sleep as long as you want, get up and have a yummy bowl of cereal, and then go right to playing. No getting dressed to go to school. You could even stay in your pajamas all day if you want !!! Just looking at your pictures reminds me of just how great those days were.
Seeing you all dressed up in your 4th of July clothes makes us remember how we dressed up your daddy when he was your age. Then we would all get in the car and drive to Grandma's for the flag raising, firecrackers, and a big breakfast. It sounds like you had a blast bowling and eating pizza. The pictures of the fireworks are incredible !!! You really captured them.
Addy- You are so beautiful. We love the way your mom braided the front of your hair. That is really in style right now. It looks especially beautiful on you.
Sadie- Some of your pictures look just like Jocelyn at about 4 months! I (Grandma) did a double-take on a couple of your pictures !!
We are counting down the days until we see you again. We love you so much, we just want to squeeze you. Grandpa can hardly wait to give you his famous "Hug-and-a-beating" !!
