Found the Church!

Here we are outside the Dragon about to leave for church. Now that our car is here we were able to track down a member and follow them to church. Once there we set it in our brand spankin new Korean GPS/TV/Radio/mp3player/Karioke machine. That GPS is crazy it knows were all the speedbumps are as well as all of the speed cameras. I was going too fast acrossed a bridge and it started flashing orange and yelling at me to slow down:)
Church was great. The building was different than anything we have ever seen, they tend to build up here rather than out. Though the building was different, the service was comfortably the same. We have met a lot of new families and though we miss everyone in Maryland, it is kind of nice being out here with other people that are going through the same thing as us, it has that same "ward family" feel that we really loved at Savage Mill. The parking garage is 2 floors beneath the building and every thing is fresh and new. Looking through the pictures we have so far has made me aware that I need to take more and blog more so hang tight everybody and I will try to post some more soon. We miss you all and hope you are all doing well.

In the dirt

Dirt in the air and on the ground:) The other day we met Katie and Samantha and went to the park at the grade school and the kids had a blast. Logan and Samantha climbed every ladder and went down every slide and when they were done, their hands and faces were black with dirt...
Addy spent her time roving the sandbox looking for tasty sticks... she just can't keep them out of her mouth. Later, she and samantha sat down to take full advantage of the dirt.

What cute kids!

The Seoul of Asia

What a trip, 14.5 hours + 45 minutes of delay due to traffic congestion + 1 hour of customs / temperature checks + 1 hour of driving to the hotel... time flies when you are having fun:) The trip actually went as well as could be hoped for. Next came the hours of trying to figure out what kind of virus my computer had before I finally gave up. I am going to have to reboot franken PC when our stuff gets here. till then, we'll use the one in the lobby.
Logan and Addy are troopers. They are however still getting used to the time change. Last night was the first night that they did not get up (for good) at 1 in the morning. We should all be back to normal in a couple more days I hope.
We spent the first coupld of days just getting settled in. Yesterday we finally got the chance to go out exploring. it was a long walk but it was worth showing Amber and the kids what Korea looks like. We went to the I-Park and Logan chilled out on the water steps.
Up and Down and Up and Down, he drew quite the crowd.

We know we have not gotten the chance to talk to all of you since leaving but we are doing our best and will as soon as we can. Peace out from the land of the morning calm!
