Monday Logan FUN DAY

We had a great time laughing and playing together. I love making these fun memories.
I know really sad considering I had the bumpers up! At one point Logan told us he wanted to be like Daddy not mommy. BUT hey we had a good time. I did start with one strike....after hitting the bumper pad. :-)

Logan has been wanting to go bowling for a long time so on his special day to do anything he wanted this was the activity he picked.

Both of the kids were excited to wear bowling shoes, of course Addy didn't want to take them off.
Our first adventure of the day was going to see "SPARKY". He is our new fire department dog and so cute.

The kids want a dog so bad!! It was super fun getting to see this cute puppy. We will go see him again for sure.

Spencer took off Monday so we could have a fun day filled with Logan activities. The morning started with pancake balls. It was nice to enjoy a day together. Logan week is over I guess until he starts school on Tuesday! :-) STOP GROWING UP SO FAST!

Sunday August 22nd BIRTHDAY

Logan I love your smile!

I know pretty sad but he loves hot dogs. I felt bad I was still so tired and recovering that Spencer took Logan to church and Addy and I stayed home and took a nap.
Sunday morning we did have fun opening presents.
Logan loves dinosaurs and really enjoys looking at big books.
You might see the Life cereal. I don't know what it was but for weeks he had been asking me if I bought him Life??? I never knew he loved it so much.

5 years ago Logan joined our family. It was one of the best days of my life. I really love giving birth it is something special. Logan we love you so so much. Thanks for bringing so much love and happiness into our family. You changed us forever. We appreciate your kind spirit and all you teach us.

Logan's Friday BK PARTY

Logan was so excited to have his birthday party at Burger King. I am not much for kid parties but he really wanted one. (He loves going to parties and he wanted to celebrate with his friends.) It ended up being just what I could handle for this year. He loved it so that is what counts.
He gave everyone hugs for his presents.
I think in this picture he is finding Lauren he loves the remote control car she gave him.
Una is one of Spencer's co-workers and our family friend. Logan loves her and she was sweet enough to come even without having children of her own. She of course spoils him and he sure appreciates it.
This was Logan's jeep cake...it was cute he said "like Grandpa's old Jeep mom not his new one!"
They were all really calm and enjoyed coloring together.
Logan I still am in shock that you are 5~ I am so proud of you. He was so cute with all his little friends. Addy was right in there with the big kids. She is sure going to miss him next week!

Happy Birthday Logan

Happy 5th Birthday Logan! We can hardly believe that you have been with us for 5 years. I can still remember holding you while you slept. You were so quiet and calm.
When you were a baby, you loved to take naps in the warm sun. I think you still do:)
Ever since you were small you loved water and loved bubble baths. Now you are a little fish. I cannot believe how well you swim. This year you did so well in your swim class even though you were the youngest student.
Logan you have always loved going to baseball games, amusement parks and museums.
You have always been a master of displaying exactly how you felt with your face. We love it when you are happy, but we can't help laughing when you get upset:)

Logan you have spent over a year of your five years in Korea. I love to watch you play and enjoy your time here. You have always found a way to have fun no matter where you are.
Playing in the snow last winter was a blast, I hope that the snow keeps me home to play with you again this winter.
Logan you are one handsome kid!

Only five years old and you have already defeated Darth Vader twice at Disneyland. Thanks for joining our family and making us so happy. We love you! And thanks for being my pal forever.
